In any case, if you don't receive your item within 60 days, we will fully refund you and you can keep the item when it arrives.

Where are you from?
Our company is entirely French. We ship our packages directly from our suppliers in Eastern Europe and Asia. This allows competitive prices while providing French customer support.
Who delivers my order?
Your items are delivered by your local postal service.
What happens if nobody is home?
Don't worry, our items will be left in your mailbox if they are small enough. Otherwise, a pick-up notice will be left and you can collect your package at the nearest post office.
I entered the wrong delivery address, what should I do?

You have one hour to correct the delivery address. In case of error, contact us quickly by email with your order number.
Items are missing from my order, where are they?
We work with several suppliers. When you place an order, each supplier handles a product or group of products. Therefore, you may receive several packages for the same order.
