Return Policy

Deadlines and legal details:

If more than 14 days have elapsed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Several types of products cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable gases or liquids.

Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards.
* Downloadable software products.
* Certain health and personal care products.
* Promotional or sale items.

To complete a return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted: (if applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of use.
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to an error on our part.
* Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you would like to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@steampunkstore.fr and send your item to: 6 rue de pontelain, 70130 fretigney et velloreille, France.

Gifts
If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver chose to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know that you returned the item.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than 75 EUR, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
