After validation of your order, our team processes it within 1 to 3 business days. The item is then shipped directly from our workshop.

Standard delivery: 10 to 20 business days

Express delivery: 5 to 10 business days (if available)

A tracking number will be sent to you by email to track your package in real time.

Materials, finishes and dimensions vary by item. Check the specifications, photos and, where available, the size guide on each product page before ordering.

If an item arrives faulty or does not match its description, contact our customer service team with your order number and photos. We will review the issue and the available options.

At Steampunk Store, we understand that a product may sometimes not meet your expectations. That's why we offer a return policy within 14 days of delivery. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Once received, the refund is processed within 5 to 7 business days.

You have one hour to correct the delivery address. In case of error, contact us quickly by email with your order number so we can make the change before shipping.
