If an item arrives faulty or does not match its description, contact our customer service team with your order number and photos. We will review the issue and the available options.

At Steampunk Store, we understand that a product may sometimes not meet your expectations. That's why we offer a return policy within 14 days of delivery. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Once received, the refund is processed within 5 to 7 business days.
