History of the Steampunk Boutique: a shared passion
The adventure began with the recurring dream of the founding couple, passionate about cosplay and live action. Regulars at French fairs and conventions, they appreciate fantasy atmospheres and have explored different genres and universes such as medieval fantasy, space opera, western and of course retro futuristic steampunk universes. The works of HG Wells, Jules Verne and Conan Doyle are their favorite sources of inspiration, we can cite another reference such as the films of Georges Méliès who founded science fiction cinema.
A unique company at that time with an amazing steampunk style capable of providing a range of products ranging from home decor, fashion and cosplay clothing, to top hats and the famous corsets.
From idea to realization: the creation of Steampunkstore.fr
The idea of creating an online store was born from their desire to share their passion for steampunk and to make life easier for steamers by offering a unique place to find quality accessories. The online store was launched in 2018 and since then the team has grown to meet the growing demand.
